MQS Services

I recently took out breakdown insurance cover with MQS Services and I am delighted with the service I have recieved. James came out and did an initial inspection and then followed up with a full boiler service. (He even mended my sink for free).

The cost of the breakdown service is not only less than the cost I had with the manufacturer, it is also more comprehensive in that it covers radiators as well as the boiler and includes a full boiler service; which would have cost an additional £70 with the manufacturer. So MQS have not only reduced the cost, but added lots of valuable extras. It is also nice to know that using MQS Services I will get a personal service, with people I know rather than having a different engineer every time I need a service or call out.

On the basis of my experience I would have no hesitation recommending MQS and have indeed already done so to friends.

I called MQS Services out at 7.30am and they were on site within the hour investigating my leak. It was quickly isolated and repaired, with no perminant damage to my home. I was very impressed by the prompt, good natured service, and even more by the remarkably low rates for this emergency call out.

I would not hesitate to recommend MQS services to anyone, and I intend to call upon MQS again for a much larger job in the near future.

Very clear with their estimates for work required. Very reliable with times. The workmen were very good throughout the installation, very tidy and methodical in all they did. I would recommend them to carry out a job for anyone.
